  This is Rod Lawrence's only original winning Michigan stamp (duck or trout) painting that is still available for purchase.  It features a pair of mallards in a typical marsh setting.  The original painting was reproduced as limited edition prints for the 2000 Michigan Duck Stamp.  The reproductions included the actual stamp, signed and numbered prints, collector pins, and note cards.  This painting represents a celebration of both the Millennium and the 25th Anniversary of the Michigan Waterfowl Stamp Program.
